Order Cancellation
• To cancel an order, contact our customer support team immediately at admin@heritageofficial.co.uk with your order number.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• You may still return the item(s) after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Refunds
• If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping charges, if already paid, may not be refundable unless the cancellation occurs before the order is shipped.
